Life Update

                                                             

I would first like to welcome everyone to my blog. I have never really done something like this, but I thought that I’d give it a shot. In this first blog, I am just going to give everyone an update on my life.

On May 5th 2007, I was fortunate enough to marry the most beautiful, awesome, loving, (and a lot of other adjectives) girl! Beth Anne is my bride and I am falling in love with her even more as each day passes. We currently live in Morrisville, NC and are enjoying the married life with our cat Scooter!

I currently am employed by Motricity, Inc. in Durham and need a lot of prayer. If you follow this link, (http://wral.com/business/local_tech_wire/venture/story/2524252/) you will find out why I need the prayer. As of right now, I am not a part of this huge layoff, but since they are moving headquarters, i basically have a job here until they turn the office lights off here which could be anywhere from 6 months to 9 or even still be there a year from now. I need the guidence about what I need to do. I could either just wait it out or start pursuing a new career. Beth Anne is currently employed by a photographer doing Administrative work, but is applying to do Lateral Entry to teach either Middle or High School Students. This needs a lot of prayer as well. The application is going in the mail this week for this program.

I play drums for a church in Raleigh called Visio Dei and really enjoy it. I do still miss everyone in Wilmington, NC at PC3.
